Studios’ is doing a six-issue limited series this February called Death Be
Damned from co-writers Ben Blacker, Ben Acker and Andrew Miller, along with
artist Hannah Christenson. The series will tell of Miranda Coler who was hunted
down by seven outlaws but now is hunting them. Her quest has a catch, however,
if she dies again, she loses a part of her memory and she can’t pass on until
she avenges herself. The writers say that the circumstances surrounding her
death are what brings her back and those same circumstances are why she will not
be allowed to rest in peace until her death is avenged. The story will be set at
the dawn of the Industrial Revolution. Miranda will be helped on her quest by
undertaker Joseph Murray, who believes that Miranda’s quest may bring his dead
wife back. |
