BULLY RAY SPEAKS

At Peace with is Career and Current Position in Wrestling

Metro Sport caught up with former ECW/WWE/TNA star Bully Ray and asked him about a number of things. Here are the highlights: he is currently working for Ring of Honor and is enjoying himself…he is highly impressed with current NXT talent Adam Cole and current ROH talent Dalton Castle…he believes it made perfect sense to have Finn Balor and Shinsuke Nakamura spend time in NXT so that fans can see them in action before moving up but thought that AJ Styles didn’t have to because he was known all over the world…when he signed with WWE he would have had no problems going to OVW first because saying no would have suggested he thought he was too good to spend time there…he enjoys working with the Briscoe Brothers…he enjoys being the guy people come to for advice and could care less what his spot is on the card…he turned down a lot of money to return to TNA because the talent wasn’t there anymore…he wonders why GFW suspended Alberto El Patron after his argument at the airport with Paige since that could have happened to anyone…he wishes CM Punk would come back to ROH and thinks he could do more for the wrestling world by coming back home to ROH than going back to WWE. A return would mean more to ROH since going back to WWE fans would question him doing so.
