 X-Men’s Michael Dougherty has completed filming for
the Godzilla sequel which stars Vera Farmiga, Ken Watanabe, Sally Hawkins, Kyle
Chandler, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Thomas Middleditch, Charles
Dance, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Aisha Hinds, and Zhang Ziyi. The film will show the
Monarch agency seen in Kong: Skull Island deal with Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan and
the three-headed King Ghidorah. Death Note’s Adam Wingard is already working on
the follow up to the Godzilla sequel which will be called Godzilla vs. Kong.
Wingard says the film will have some actors from Godzilla 2 in what he describes
as a massive monster brawl movie. Plans are also set for a TV show called King
Kong Skull Island which will be totally unrelated to Kong: Skull Island. |
