A BUMBLEBEE MOVIE IS HAPPENING Posted: 030518
Edge of Seventeen’s Hailee Steinfeld is in negotiations to star in the Transformers spin-off film Bumblebee. She would play a tomboy who also holds a job as a mechanic after school. The film will be directed by Kubo and the Two Strings’ Travis Knight from a script by Christina Hodson. It will be set in the 1980s and have a different tone and look.
