Roman
Reigns was accused of being a customer of an accused steroid dealer connected
with Richard Rodriguez and Wellness Fitness Nutrition. In a phone interview
posted on YouTube Rodriguez claimed he dealt steroids to Reigns and actors Mark
Wahlberg and Josh Duhamel under assumed names. Rodriguez, the owner of a gym in
Miami, is facing charges for conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids and
money laundering in a $10 million operation that crossed international waters.
Reigns did get suspended for 30-days in June 2016 after failing a wellness test
for Adderall. A man named Jon Bravo had claimed he had evidence of Roman Reigns
purchasing steroids from Rodriguez released a video that mentioned Reigns
multiple times but showed no proof that either Wahlberg or Reigns bought
anything from Rodriguez. Bravo claims that the DEA had tapes confirming
everything but wouldn’t allow him access to them. The video dropped the names of
John Cena, Brock Lesnar, The Rock (who was never a client), Ultimate Warrior and
Steve Austin (spelled Austyn). It also mentioned Chris Cavallini, who is
connected with Sheamus and Jinder Mahal but Rodriguez wasn’t sure if either had
used their products. |
