Brad
Pitt will co-star with Leonardo DiCaprio in Quentin Tarantino’s ninth film, Once
Upon a Time in Hollywood. The film will be set in 1969 Los Angeles with DiCaprio
playing former western TV series star named Rick Dalton and Pitt as his longtime
stunt double Cliff Booth. Both will struggle with making it in a Hollywood they
don’t recognize anymore. Rick is also the next-door neighbor in the form of
Sharon Tate who would soon become one of the victims of Charles Manson’s
‘family’. The film will be released 8/9/2019; the 50th anniversary of the day
that the Manson family committed the LaBianca murders and the day after Tate was
killed. Suicide Squad’s Margot Robbie will plat Tate. The cast will include:
James Marsden, American Housewife’s Julia Butters, Billions’ Damian Lewis (as
Steve McQueen), Al Pacino, Burt Reynolds, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, Timothy
Olyphant, Luke Perry, Emile Hirsch (as hair stylist/victim Jay Sebring), Dakota
Fanning (as Squeaky Fromme) Clifton Collins Jr., Keith Jefferson and Nicholas
Hammond (yes the former TV Spider-Man). |
