Japan Pro Wrestling has updated Hiromu Takahashi's condition after the neck
injury that he suffered at their recent G1 Special in San Francisco. He has
returned to Japan for further treatment. In a match against Dragon Lee at the
Cow Palace he took a move wrong and landed on his head/neck. The match continued
for a few minutes before Takahashi hit the Time Bomb to retain the IWGP Junior
Heavyweight Championship. NJPW hasn’t confirmed the exact injury but it was
believed that he had suffered a broken neck. |
