STILL LOST Posted: 030819
A fair amount of TV shows have been revived lately but one revival that isn’t happening anytime soon is a revival of Lost. Former ABC President Channing Dungey told TV Line that she had no current plans to revive the series but admitted that talk about doing so had been started on an unofficial basis. The main reason the rumor started about a revival was the signing of a four-year exclusive deal with ABC from Lost producer Carlton Cuse. Cuse made the rumor a little more concrete by suggesting that he wouldn’t do the show but was excited about the possibility of a new writer creating “their version of Lost”. ABC is still working on revivals of the Jetsons and The Greatest American Hero. The new version would star an Indian American woman. The Jetsons series would be a live-action sitcom from Manifold’s Robert Zemeckis.
