Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather has been teased by both
men. McGregor has a license to box in California now and during an appearance on
The Herd with Colin Cowherd on FS1, UFC head Dana White announced that he had
offered McGregor and Mayweather $25 million each to fight under the UFC banner.
If the fight happened then a split of the pay-per-view revenue would be
negotiated. The fight wouldn’t be the only one on the card so fans would have
other fights to cheer on. Floyd had told ESPN that he had offered McGregor $15
million to fight him, but White said that wasn’t true. So now the ball is in
Floyd’s corner. |
