 The
2017 Valiant Summit had the company announce ICONS, a wave of ongoing series,
prestige format projects and standalone events. So far we have seen the revival
of X-O: Manowar, a sequel to Brittania, Rapture and Secret Weapons. July brings
Faith and the Future Force (involving every character from the Valiant
Universe); August a surprise project; Bloodshot: Salvation in September; a
Divinity spin-off called Eternity in October; Ninja-K in November (which will
look closer into MI-6’s ninja program) and Quantum & Woody in December. It’s all
part of an ongoing plan to make Valiant into a major player on the racks.
Valiant isn’t going to stop there because in the Harbinger: Renegade series the
arc Massacre will kill off a major character to set the stage for an event in
2018. 2018 will include a new Shadowman ongoing that will be released on
3/28/2018 and that’s being set up in Rapture. |
