Reeves says that War for the Planet of the Apes will not push us closer to the
world seen in the original 1960s Planet of the Apes. He and producer Dylan Clark
do know where a fourth film will go but aren’t tied to the idea of showing us
that world but showing us how that world came to be. Caesar’s apes aren’t like
the apes in the Planet of the Apes who are more brutal to the humans. Instead
War closes out a trilogy that will complete Caesar’s evolution and then begin
the build to the world seen in the original film. |
