 The leave of absence for Jeff Jarrett so he can deal with
personal issues is now a permanent one since he has now gone from Impact
Wrestling. On their Twitter page Impact released the following statement:
"Impact Wrestling announced today that it has terminated its business
relationship with Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Entertainment Inc., effective
immediately." The name change to Global Force Wrestling is also done. Jarrett
had been responsible for Impact's creative direction but Scott D'Amore, Sonjay
Dutt, and John Gaburick are now in charge. He had also brought in some road
agents and his wife Karen was working in the front office so an announcement
about their status in the company will be forthcoming. |
