 Production on the Hellboy reboot starring Stranger Things’ David
Harbour as the title character has started. We will see the B.P.R.D. (Bureau of
Paranormal Research and Defense) in the film but it will not be a major part of
it. Dr. Bruttenholm (Ian McShane) will be seen but it isn’t sure that Liz
Sherman, Abraham Sapien or Johann Krauss will be. The villain of the film the
Blood Queen will be played by Resident Evil’s Milla Jovovich. Deadpool’s Ed
Skrein was going to play Major Ben Daimio in the film but dropped out when fans
began to complain he wasn’t Asian. The role will instead be played by Hawaii
5-0’s Daniel Dae Kim. Sophie Okonedo, Brian Gleeson and Alistair Petrie have
also joined the cast. |
