 In the current season of Riverdale
on the CW the town is under the
threat of the mysterious Black Hood. Archie Andrews has organized a student
group called The Red Circle in order to find out who the person behind the hood
I sand protect his father, the Hood’s fist victim. At one point there was a Red
Circle imprint but that has become Dark Circle Comics. This Wednesday (120617) we will get
a new ongoing called The Mighty Crusaders from Ian Flynn and Kelsey Shannon. The
series will have a lighter tone and characters such as Shield, Firefly and
Comet. Flynn is known for being the regular writer of Archie’s Sonic the
Hedgehog series which is moving to IDW Publishing. Flynn will make the series
new reader friendly and has at least two years worth of stories thought out. And
yes, the Black Hood will eventually show up. |
