Enzo Amore was suspended then fired by WWE after a rape allegation against him was made public. The reveal came on Twitter where the woman (now known to be Philomena Sheahan) posted that she was raped in mid October by Enzo Amore and two other men. According to her Enzo’s friends got her drunk then left her alone with Amore in a hotel room. She claims that Amore threw her on the bed and she passed out. She claims he ripped her tights open and even though she kept telling him no he sexually assaulted her. She had no idea when he stopped but says when she woke up he was still there in the hotel room. The Phoenix Police have confirmed that on 10/23/2017 they responded to a local hospital for a call of a sexual assault that had reportedly occurred on 10/19/2017. Amore’s lawyers released a statement denying the accusations and made it clear Amore was fully cooperating with the Phoenix Police Department. At this point the only thing we know is true is that the police are investigating the matter and the WWE released Amore because they had to. There have been issues with Amore and the WWE before this so the accusation was the last straw.
