The first issue of Vampironica shipped in March and hasn’t been seen since. The book from the brother-sister creative team of Meg Smallwood and Greg Smallwood shows what happens when Veronica Lodge becomes vampire. The second issue will finally ship at the end of May and a second printing of #1 ships the same day. #2 is so late because the duo didn’t make sure they had enough issues in the can before the first issue shipped. All the scripts for the first arc are done and Greg is catching up on the art. The one bonus from the long gap between issues allowed them to rework the script for #2 after reading fan reactions. #2 will bring Dilton into the story and as the series progresses we will learn more about the vampire mythology of the series.
