Harry Smith (Davey Boy Smith Jr.) and Aurelian Smith Jr. (Jake Roberts) have
settled their differences after a phone conversation set up by Bret Hart over
issues that happened when Hart and Roberts were at an autograph session. During
an appearance at WrestleCon the two exchanged works and when it was over Smith
threw coffee at Roberts. Jake’s daughter went after Smith but never caught him.
Smith had been upset about some things Roberts had said about his father on a
podcast with Roddy Piper a while ago (obviously) and at the convention things
developed into an incident. Both privately apologized to each other over the
incident and Smith agreed to do a public apology. He did so before his IWGP Tag
Team title match in Kumamoto, Japan. |
