Jim Lee says he would like to revisit All Star Batman and Robin, The Boy Wonder
and that a revival of WildC.A.T.s is in the works…the Watchmen/Rebirth threads
will be explained at some point but not in the near future since it will be told
by Geoff Johns…Rebirth is a two-year story…Kyle Rayner will be very important to
the new DC universe…we will see a Flash/Batman crossover…we will see a sequel to
Star Trek/Green Lantern…on the new Cyborg title art will alternate between Will
Conrad and Paul Pelletier…Tom Taylor will return to Injustice to write a
digital-first comic adaptation for Injustice 2…the last issue of Harley's Little
Black Book will feature Lobo and be drawn by Simon Bisley…we will see El Diablo
eventually join Suicide Squad…Garth Ennis will write a Dastardly & Muttley book
for DC's Hanna-Barbera Line for an unnamed artist…IDW & DC will team on Batman/TMNT
Adventures…the revival of the Milestone characters is still happening but not
close to happening yet because Reggie Hudlin hasn’t had time to work on
anything. Last year, DC announced that Milestone's Dakota universe would become
Earth-M, with up to two graphic novels published annually along with miniseries
and one-shots starring Static Shock, Icon, Rocket, Hardware and Xombi along with
new characters…we will see a Wonder Woman/Bionic Woman crossover written by Andy
Mangels…in the original plans Jim Lee was to have drawn the first five issues of
the new Suicide Squad title but will now just draw a twelve-to-thirteen-page
lead story in each issue. The rest of the issue will contain back-up stories
spotlighting members of the team by guest artists. |
