After dealing with stomach cancer and multiple other health issues Jimmy Snuka passed at the age of 73. His death happened almost two weeks after Judge Kelly L. Banach of Lehigh County cited his failing health when she dismissed the third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter charges that had he had been charged with in the 1983 death of Nancy Argentino, his girlfriend at the time. She had already ruled that he wasn’t mentally competent enough to stand trial. His involvement in her death had been suspected for years when he found her dead and claimed she died because of a fall. The case had been reopened after her family wouldn’t let go of the case. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996.
