 This
summer’s Mae Young Classic tournament will be called by Ross and Lita. The first
four episodes of the Mae Young Classic will be made available on the WWE Network
on August 28th and the next four episodes on September 4th. A bracket show will
air after SummerSlam on August 20th and the winner of the tournament will be
crowned at a live special on September 12th in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tapings began
on July 13th and 14th at Full Sail University. The full field will consist of 32
competitors. Names already announced include: Tessa Blanchard, Abbey Laith,
Taynara Conti, Kavita Devi, Jazzy Gabert, Toni Storm, Princesa Sugehit, Lacey
Evans, Sarah Logan, Kairi Hojo, Scottish wrestler Viper, Bianca BelAir, Vanessa
Borne, Dakota Kai and Piper Niven. |
