on all the DC comic related shows currently running on the CW and beyond (but
not Fox) this fall: The Flash begins six months after Barry Allen disappeared
into the Speed Force. The villain is Neil Sandilands as the Thinker who will
have Kim Engelbrecht as his assistant. Danny Trejo will play bounty hunter
Breacher, we will meet the Elongated Man and Longmire’s Katee Sackhoff will play
Blacksmith; Arrow has added Lost’s Michael Emerson, Sydelle Noel, Fringe’s Kirk
Acevedo as Richard Dragon and Slade Wilson’s son. There will be flashbacks this
season and plans for season seven are already being laid out; Supergirl has
added Agents of SHIELD’s Adrian Pasdar as Morgan Edge, Carl Lumbly as the
Martian Manhunter’s father, Yael Grobglas as psychic villain Psi, Emma Tremblay
as a kid named Ruby and 24’s Carlos Bernard as Maggie’s father. They are also
adding a new female Kryptonian; DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will have the mission
of fixing the timeline they screwed up which will put them in opposition to Rip
Hunter’s new time agency that wants them to stay out of it. Wentworth Miller and
Neal McDonough will appear often. Vixen’s sister will join the show and the
producers want Matt Ryan’s John Constantine to be on the show. The season has
Isis as a new member of the team and an appearance of Gorilla Grodd; Black
Lightning will have James Remar and Damon Gupton as regulars and rapper Krondon
(aka Marvin Jones III) as Tobias Whale; the planned Titans series that will run
on a DC streaming service recently cast 13-year-old Australian newcomer Teagan
Croft as Raven, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ Brenton
Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Smallville’s Alan Ritchson as Hawk, The Mindy
Project’s Rebecca Rittenhouse as Dove and 24: Legacy’s Anna Diop as Starfire. |
