 In
January during a convention stop Batman’s Tom King teased a brand new project he
was working on called Sanctuary. The project was to set up a crisis center
solely for superheroes. The center would be created by Batman, Superman and
Wonder Woman and give heroes a place to go after missions that they have a hard
time getting over. Batman sent Poison Ivy and Booster Gold to Sanctuary in his
own title. And after the teasing King’s project now has a name, Heroes in
Crisis. King and artist Clay Mann will team on the seven-issue limited series
starting this fall. The series will investigate "a murder mystery involving
Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Booster Gold, and the rest of the
World’s Greatest Super Heroes." The mystery will be a mass murder at Sanctuary
and Booster Gold and Harley Quinn will be the prime suspects.
It all begins with HEROES IN CRISIS #1 (OF 7) which is currently scheduled to ship
on New Comic Wednesday-092618 with a $3.99 cover price and two standard variant
covers. As always it will be "1st Day Sale" priced at 25% OFF ($2.99!) on
