Vince
McMahon is involved with a tell-all book on the history of WWE. An oral history
of WWE is in the works from the writers of I Want My MTV: The Uncensored Story
of the Music Video Revolution. The book will be written by Craig Marks and Rob
Tannenbaum. Both will be given full access to Vince McMahon. Marks told ESPN.com
that the book should be done in about two years. Interviews will be conducted
with current members of the WWE roster, legends, writers, producers, managers,
business executives, WWE-related celebrities, and others who have worked with or
against McMahon over the years. The idea for the book came up in 2012 and the
WWE thought it was a great idea but not the right time for it. They would check
in with WWE once or twice a year after that and last year the WWE decided it was
time. The book will start in the late 1960s or early 1970s and get us to the
modern day. |
