In
the current series of mini-series: "Age of X-Man", mutants are no longer hated
and feared but that doesn’t mean all their problems are gone. Vita Ayala and
German Peralta will show that, "There's no place for most people in a utopia" in
the Age of X-Man limited series Prisoner X. The limited series will focus on the
mutants who have been locked up in the Danger Room prison for infractions
against the ideals of the Age of X-Man but if the world is ‘perfect’ then how is
that possible? Prisoner X is actually Bishop, who has found himself in prison
trying to understand how and why he fell from grace. He is the main character
but Gabby, Polaris, Dani, Beast, Forge and a major mutant are in prison with
him. Bishop’s ‘crime’ is that he has connected with a human on an emotional
level and remembering things he isn’t supposed to. His fellow prisoners are a
threat to him as are the memories that keep entering his head. Ayala will use
the series to examine the flaw of a perfect society since being a part of it
makes you conform to the same mindset so where exactly is your freedom?
