The Justice League vs. Suicide Squad event set up this weeks
new Justice League of America title from Supergirl’s Steve Orlando and Ivan
Reis. The new team consists of Batman, Lobo, Black Canary, the Atom, Vixen, the
Ray and Killer Frost. You would assume that Batman was the leader of the team
but Orlando says the team has no leader and is actually heroic community. The
team also doesn’t have a clear roster because aside from the initial team anyone
may join up. As the book progresses we will learn just why Batman thought it
would be a good idea to involve Lobo. The first year of the title will also
reveal what happened to Ray Palmer and where he is. That development will be a
huge part of the series after the reveal. Orlando will not use long story arcs
for the series but there will be hints along the way to the larger story
developing. |
