involved…the Amazon TV series based on The Departed isn’t a remake. It’s
actually a continuation of the events of the film but will be based in
Chicago…TNT is going to make a TV series out of the science fiction film
Snowpiercer…Paul Verhoeven says the remake of Starship Troopers doesn’t involve
him at all. He also says the reason the film was so subversive was because Sony
kept changing leadership so they had no idea what he was doing…Robert Heinlein’s
1961 sci-fi novel Stranger in a Strange Land will be a TV series for Syfy…R.E.M.’s
Michael Stipe at one point was going to play serial killer John Doe in David
