Invicta FC featherweight champ and UFC star Cristiane Justino
has been given a retroactive therapeutic-use exemption by the U.S. Anti-Doping
Agency and can return to the Octagon. She was in limbo for two months after
failing an out-of-competition drug test that could have put her on the shelf for
quite some time. After a review of her medical history the UDSA found that a
supplement she was taking after cutting weight was the source of the failure.
With the decision she may be able to compete for the new UFC women’s
featherweight title soon. |
