Better known as a colorist Declan Shalvey started writing with the Nick Fury
backup stories in Civil War II: Choosing Sides. He will get a lot more ambitions
with the Image GN Savage Town. Art for the series will be from Philip Barrett
and colored by Jordie Bellaire. The book will be set in the Irish city of
Limerick. The main character will be Jimmy 'Hardy' Savage, a local gangster
looking to catch a break. He is a small timer tolerated by the two larger gangs
that control time in the city. The two factions are aware of him but are waiting
for him to make a move that allows them to take him off the board. The GN will
have about 125 pages of story with 25 more pages of bonus material. |
