Deadpool 2 is in pre-production. Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have locked in the
script. Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand), Colossus (Stefan Kapicic)
and taxi driver Dopinder (Karan Soni) will all return from the first film. Josh
Brolin will play Cable after beating out David Harbour (who got the Hellboy role
as a consolation prize) and Man of Steel’s Michael Shannon for the role. Cable’s
backstory will not be dealt with in the film so as not to confuse fans.
Atlanta’s Zazie Beetz has won the part of Domino. The film will be directed by
John Wick’s David Leitch. As of this moment Deadpool 2 doesn’t have a release
date but Fox has three release dates set aside for Fox & Marvel projects next
