 Neville is gone from the WWE after walking out before the RAW in
Indianapolis. The show was going to have a lumberjack main event that would have
had Neville lose to Enzo Amore but ended up with Kalisto beating Enzo for the
cruiserweight title. The move had been coming for a long time but the planned
loss made Neville decide to leave. He had been unhappy since January. When his
match with Austin Aries at WrestleMania 33 was moved to the pre-show and then
not included on the DVD which cost him a huge payoff. He felt slighted and when
Aries was released he got even more annoyed. Since he and Aries are and remain
friends Aries showed him what he would be making on independent bookings and it
was more than Neville was making in WWE with much less travel. WWE will release
him, sue him or let him stay at home and collect his checks. Nia Jax disappeared
around the same time so rumors started that she was also unhappy with her status
and salary but those rumors were just that. She was just on a leave of absence
due to personal reasons. |
