 Former WWE talent Enzo Amore (Eric Arndt) revealed
on Twitter that the investigation into sexual assault allegations has been
closed and no charges were filed. He was accused back in January by a woman
named Philomena Sheahan in Phoenix, Arizona, who had claimed the assault took
place several months before. The Phoenix police began investigating the crime
and Amore was released once the story broke. Their investigation found that
Sheahan’s story didn’t hold up and so there were no charges. They closed the
investigation. Amore has announced he has plans for a new venture in the
entertainment industry but didn’t say anything about returning to wrestling. |
