Brian Michael Bendis put a post on Tumblr revealing in 2017 he will do more
issues of Powers, he and Mark Bagley will return to Brilliant, a possible
crossover between his Iron Man titles, a sequel to the Ben Urich/Punisher/Daredevil
story End of Days and more Scarlet. He has given up Guardians of the Galaxy
which is now being done by Gerry Duggan and Aaron Kuder. Their team consists of
Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket, Baby Groot who can’t seem to bulk up, and a
now-pacifist Drax…Chip Zdarsky and Adam Kubert are doing a new Peter Parker: The
Spectacular Spider-Man ongoing that will be based in New York City. The series
will introduce a new supporting character, Rebecca London; an aspiring
comedian…Baby Groot's new series is from Christopher Hastings and Flaviano…the
manga Avengers: Zombies Assemble is being printed in the US for the first time.
Thunderbolts’ Jim Zub will return to write the limited series that uses the
Avengers team from the movies…Moon Knight’s Greg Smallwood wants to do a
Midnight Sons book. The team would be Hannibal King, Ghost Rider, Doctor
Strange, Moon Knight and a retro Blade…Luke Skywalker will team with Doctor
Aphra in the five-part Star Wars crossover called The Screaming Citadel which
began with the one-shot in May with art from Marco Checchetto and stories from
Jason Aaron and Kieron Gillen. |
