The
story being told in Dark Nights: Metal will deeply affect the Justice League
titles. Once Metal is over fans will get a four-issue weekly series called
Justice League: No Justice. The series will be co-written by Scott Snyder, James
Tynion IV and Joshua Williamson and drawn by Trinity’s Francis Manapul. No
Justice sets up a new group of Justice League comics written by Snyder, Tynion
and Williamson. Justice League: No Justice will have Brainiac advise the Justice
League to form four separate teams based on skill to fight a cosmic-level threat
on the way to destroy Earth. The teams will be: Team Mystery (Martian Manhunter,
Sinestro, Superman, Starfire and Starro); Team Entropy (Lobo, Lex Luthor, Beast
Boy, Batman and Deathstroke); Team Wonder (Raven, Doctor Fate, Zatanna, Wonder
Woman and Etrigan the Demon); and Team Wisdom (Cyborg, Harley Quinn, Atom, The
Flash and Damian Wayne’s Robin). The current titles Justice League and Justice
League of America will end in April. Snyder’s Justice League team will fight the
seven evil Batmen from the Dark Multiverse. No artist has been named for his
book but it’s a safe bet it will be Greg Capullo. |
