The WWE has suspended Saraya-Jade Bevis (Paige) for 60 days effective
immediately, for her second violation of the company’s talent wellness policy.
When it was first announced she posted: “Same sh*t different day. Kids. Please
don't get prescriptions or doctor’s notes. Not acceptable. Rules apply depending
on your status." When she was fist suspended she claimed it was due to a
procedural issue after not being home when the test was to be administered. Her
mother and father have both claimed that she didn’t fail a drug test but is
instead dealing with a neck injury and that she isn’t getting the best medical
care. That led the WWE to announce this to The New York Post: “Saraya-Jade Bevis
tested positive for an illegal substance, not a prescription drug. In addition,
WWE is providing world-class medical care for her in-ring injury.” Paige is
currently recovering from surgery which resulted in having three screws placed
in her neck. |
