The law firm representing the UFC and President Dana White
wants Mark Hunt’s lawsuit thrown out of court since his accusations don’t hold
up. The law firm wants the suit tossed because Hunt can’t prove that the UFC or
White knew Brock Lesnar was going to fail a post fight drug test. Hunt claimed
they knew about it before the fight and cheated him out of a fair fight. After
the failed drug test Lesnar’s win against Hunt at UFC 200 was overturned and
Lesnar retired from the sport again once he was suspended for a year. The main
point surrounding the dismissal of the suit is the fact that Hunt can’t prove a
cover up or what he suggested was a criminal conspiracy. The fact that Hunt
decided to fight Alistair Overeem at UFC 209 even while he was suing them didn’t
help much. Hunt ended up losing the fight. |
