WWE talent Jack Swagger recently talked about his release on a podcast. Here are
the highlights: WWE picked up his option on his contract early and he couldn’t
fight it…after that happened they pulled Dutch Mantel from his and put Mantel
with Alberto Del Rio…six months in he wanted to renegotiate his deal and after
being told he deserved a raise what they offered was less than he wanted…he
asked for and got his release but there are no hard feelings…he thought his
gimmick was working since it was even over in Mexico…Mantel had told him years
ago that if he didn’t like what was happening then leave and so he left. |
