Cameron is planning a new Terminator trilogy. The rights to the franchise revert
to him in 2019 and when that happens he has a scenario all mapped out. Arnold
Schwarzenegger will have some involvement in the new trilogy which would explain
why the T-800 looks like Arnold. The films would reveal who the DNA was
harvested from to grow the outer layer of the Terminator from. The new films
will involve Linda Hamilton also. Deadpool’s Tim Miller and Cameron have created
a writers room that includes David Goyer, Charles Eglee and Josh Friedman. All
will come up with idea and the best ones will be the basis of the new trilogy.
It will be a direct sequel to Terminator 2: Judgement Day with the main
character being an 18-year old. Miller will direct the film which already has a
July 26th 2019 release date. |
